morgansea: Hey Vincent, remember that time I came over for a dinner party and some how we got into discussing how the Virgin Mary often is depicted in vaginal shapes with flowing robes like a labia… and your older friend who was once a nun and also a gold-star lesbian didn’t know what the fuck i was talking about…  well any this sculpture is a bit more literal than some of the paintings I’ve seen but… uh yeah. Also… I strangely have the inverse of this object, which I’m posting here. Yeah. No, I don’t remember this conversation but I am delighted to know that we had it/that this exists.
